RupeeCase
Education . Methodology Read . 1 of 3
Wednesday evening. Friend forwards a PMS factsheet. Twelve pages of marketing. One page titled "Investment Approach". The word "systematic" appears four times. The actual rule appears zero times.
"How is this different from what RupeeCase does." Opened both pages side by side. The PMS brochure had a paragraph. The methodology page had a recipe. That is the difference. Every strategy on the platform publishes the rule that picks the names, weighs the names and times the rebalance. Most active brochures publish a paragraph. The paragraph is the difference between systematic and the word systematic.

Eleven of which are sector charts, manager bios and disclaimers. One labelled "approach". The rule is paraphrased, never written. The word systematic does the heavy lifting.

RupeeCase methodology
Per strategy. Universe named. Entry rule written. Weight method declared. Rebalance cadence in days. Backtest dates start and end. The same page powers the live execution.

The audit test
Universe. Rule. Weight. Cadence. Four lines a brochure either prints or paraphrases. If any of the four needs a phone call, it is discretion dressed up as a process.
A brochure tells you what they want to do. A methodology page tells you what they will do, in the order they will do it, on the universe they will do it to. Card two runs the four reads side by side on a live RupeeCase strategy. Card three lands the three rules and the closer. The same audit works on any "systematic" claim on a shelf.
