Where it is
ScreenStrategy pageBasic
On a strategy page: Show performance history in the chart area and in the Holdings, Returns, Risk and History tabs, until you agree. On the Dashboard, the Archived tab lists the portfolios you archived, read only. Basic and Advanced.
Index in this video: Allcap (strategy page).
What it means
The figures on a strategy page are model history: a back test after estimated charges. Before the app draws that history (the growth chart, the holdings, the Returns, Risk and History tabs and the Today key figure) it shows the historical performance disclosure. I agree opens them; Cancel keeps them closed. The hero figure, the key figures, the riskometer and Invest are not behind it.
The formula
One acknowledgement per day and per version of the disclosure, kept in this browser. A new day or a new version asks again. With no disclosure text set, nothing is asked.
Waits for I agree: growth chart, holdings, Returns, Risk and History tabs, Today key figure
Not behind it: hero figure, key figures, riskometer, Invest
I agree is kept for the calendar day and the disclosure version, on this device
Cancel: the history stays closedWorked example
Example only
- Monday 10:00: you press I agree on one strategy page
- Every strategy page opens without asking for the rest of Monday
- On Tuesday, or with a new disclosure version, it asks again
How to read it
- Show performance history in a tab means the disclosure is still waiting.
- The key figures above it are already the model's, after estimated charges.
- An archived portfolio opens read only: its history, no money actions.
Watch out
- I agree is an acknowledgement; it is not advice and not a promise of returns.
- Another browser, or a browser with its data cleared, asks again.
- Model history is a back test: what you get can differ from it.
